This must be one of the dumbest American traditions.......here it usually happens among High School students towards the end of the school year, but our neighbor got toilet papered this weekend and it took hours to clean the worst of it up......I say dumb as it's the kids who make the mess but the poor family have to clean it all up.....I need to move before my kids are old enough to join in on this:-)
