My boys decided they wanted to play Lacrosse.....and in my naivete, having never seen the sport played before I agreed,.... I kinda thought it was a gentile refined sport where they considerately threw and caught a ball with those weird stick and net things....talk about rude awakening....
The closest I could say is that it's a cross between ice hockey and football (the american kind) and it is a rough sport....Andrew and I had to hold ourselves in our chairs at times as our boys were pushed and shoved and hit around the field...
And yet, it is the coolest sport I have ever watched....
And my boys are LOVING it:)
